Heart Shaped Stuffed Puff Pastry, with forest mushrooms, prosciutto, shallots, sundried tomatoes and cheese

Pan Seared Duck Breast, herb infused couscous, grilled endive, asparagus with mandarin orange cranberry chutney


Grilled 6oz Filet Mignon,  cauliflower & potato purée, forest mushroom ragoût, vegetable bundle


Stuffed Fillet of Sole, with scallops and shrimps on a bed of rice pilaf with honey glazed carrot ribbon and champagne butter sauce


10oz. Roast Prime Rib of Beef au jus, cooked slowly to preserve all the juices and flavours, served with seasonal vegetables
